Tour of Tbilisi the city (around 08:00). Tbilisi is one of the most beautiful cities in Transcaucasia. Here, nature seems to merge with man-made creations, leaving its mark on architectural landmarks and entire ensembles.
Let's go on an author's tour with a local guide âBohemian city at the crossroads of empiresâ. Discover the unique culture of Tiflis and the many factors that have shaped and moulded the city over the centuries. We will visit colourful courtyards and ancient churches to really feel the unique atmosphere of the capital.
In the evening, if you wish, we offer a final dinner in one of the best restaurants in the country, where you can enjoy Georgian food, folklore, live music and dancing (surcharge ⬠40).
The Gala Dinner will be held in a traditional Georgian atmosphere and will feature a variety of Georgian dishes. You will have the opportunity to listen to the wonderful skills of the musicians. Live music will be played throughout the evening.

Kakheti - the soul of Georgian wine
We will travel to Kakheti, a historic region in eastern Georgia, a land of vineyards and the wine-making heart of the country, where ancient traditions have been cherished for centuries and life with flavour has been enjoyed.
Arrive at Chavchavadze Prince's Palace in Cinandali (entrance ticket ~8 â¬). Surrounded by a picturesque park, the palace is considered one of the cultural centres of 19th century Georgia. It was here that the Europeanisation of Georgian intellectuals began and the first Georgian wine was produced using European technology. The palace interiors reflect the refined taste and aristocratic luxury of the era. Pushkin and Lermontov visited Tsinandali at different times, and Alexander Griboyedov read excerpts from his comedy âThe Sorrow of the Mindâ here among friends and intellectuals.
Next, we will visit Quarelli wine tunnels (entrance ticket from 8 â¬) - an impressive underground wine vault created in the 1960s in the Caucasus mountains. The tunnel has a total length of approximately 7.7 km and maintains a natural microclimate ideal for ageing wine. During the tour we will enjoy a tasting of fine Georgian wines.
We will also visit Alaverdi Monastery complex - one of the oldest and most important spiritual centres in Georgia.
Return to Tbilisi.

Departure to the Samtskhe-Javakheti region.
Arrive at Ahaltschie.
Free time or optional sightseeing tour of the Samtskhe-Javakheti region (additional fee 30 ⬠+ 10 ⬠entrance ticket in Vardzia + 10 ⬠entrance ticket in Rabat Fortress).
Visit Varjdzija - the largest rock city in the Transcaucasus. The construction of the fortress was started by King George III and completed by his daughter, Queen Tamara, turning Varjdzija into an important defence and monastic complex. It was built mainly between 1156 and 1203. The highest cave is 1 462 metres above sea level. The complex had about 15 places of worship, one of which preserves a unique fresco of Queen Tamar.
Next - Hertvisi Fortress, a medieval fortification located at the confluence of the Paravani and Mtkvari rivers. During the feudal era, it was an important defensive point.
Hertvisi has been inscribed on UNESCO's Tentative List of World Heritage Sites since 24 October 2007.
Rabat Fortress. The word ârabatâ is of Arabic origin and means âfortified placeâ. Originally, it referred to the commercial quarter near the fortress, but over time the name was applied to the whole complex. It is one of the most beautiful sites in the region, with a museum, church, mosque and Moorish gallery.

Kutaisi has a very long history, with Paleolithic settlements found in the area. The Paleolithic plays an important role in the history of Georgia. Today, more than 400 monuments of this era have been found and studied in the territory of Georgia. There are 6 districts in Georgia where Paleolithic monuments are distributed.
The city retains its role as an important cultural centre of Georgia. During the sightseeing tour we will see and visit Mocamet Monastery. Here you will be able to make your dearest wish come true.
Next, we will visit Promethean beer (Kumistavi), near the town of Chaltubo in the Imereti region in the west of the country. Prometeya Cave is the largest cave in Georgia.
Transfer to Sataplia complex: the only dinosaur footprints in the region, a walk through the nature reserve and a visit to the karst caves (8 â¬).

Visit to the Megrelia region - one of the most colourful parts of Western Georgia, where history is harmoniously intertwined with spectacular nature.
Departure to Dadiani drank (entrance ticket ~7 â¬), as well as a visit to the canyon (~10 â¬).
The palace of the Dadiani family of Megrelia is the main pearl of Zugdidi and an important monument of West Georgian history. It belonged to one of the most influential aristocratic families in the region. The Dadiani family was closely connected to the royal houses of Europe - Princess Catherine Dadiani was married to Achille Murat, nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte and relative of Empress Josephine. The palace collections and interiors offer a glimpse into the life and spirit of the nobility.
Next, we'll go to Martvili Canyon - one of Megrelia's most picturesque natural attractions. Subtropical vegetation, steep rock walls and turquoise-blue water create truly spectacular landscapes. The canyon is about 2.5 km long and the cliffs are over 40 metres high in places. During the excursion, we will take a boat trip along the river to the waterfall (optional, extra charge) where you can enjoy a spectacular view of powerful streams of water falling with mighty force into a stone gorge.
Lunch followed by a culinary masterclass in Megrelia, exploring the rich flavours and traditions of the local cuisine (optional, extra charge 35 â¬)
