Day 1

The tour will start In the Abanotubani area - the place where the city's history began. See the famous sulphur baths, the picturesque streets and the houses with their ornate balconies that create the unique atmosphere of old Tbilisi.

The route then leads to waterfall in Fig Gorge - a small natural oasis in the heart of the city. It's the perfect place for a short break and beautiful photo moments.

Next stop - Narikala Fortress, towering over Tbilisi. The observation deck offers a spectacular panorama of the city, the Kura River and the historic quarters. Here you will hear legends and interesting facts about the ancient citadel.

At the end of your walk, you'll visit the Peace Bridge, a symbol of modern Tbilisi, and Rikes Park, a cosy place to relax with fountains, sculptures and beautiful views.

Day 3

Depart for sunny Kakheti - a land of vineyards, ancient shrines and genuine Georgian hospitality.

First stop - Monastery of Saint Nino in Bodbe, a women's monastery where the saints are buried. It was Saint Nino who brought Christianity to Georgia. This is one of the most important holy places in the country, where silence and a special spiritual peace prevail. The monastery grounds offer picturesque views of the Alazani Valley and the peaks of the Caucasus Mountains.

Next, you will go to Sighnagi - a city called the “City of Love”. You'll stroll along cosy streets past houses with tiled roofs and ornate wooden balconies, see the fortress wall that stretches over the hills and is second only to the Great Wall of China in length. Enjoy panoramic views of the sun-drenched vineyards of the Alazani Valley.

Meet the real deal at the end of the journey Kakhetian hospitality: wine tasting in a traditional marani cellar. Today you'll travel to northern Armenia - a land of mountains, lakes and ancient monasteries.

First stop - Agharcin Monastery, hidden in the forests of the Tavush region. This X-XIII century monastery complex blends harmoniously into the mountain landscape and seems to merge with nature. Peace and tranquillity reign here, while the scent of the coniferous forest enhances the sense of inner balance.

Followed by a walk through Old Dilijan - a cosy mountain town where the past is felt in every detail. Visit the ethnographic quarter, restored in traditional style: ornate wooden balconies, stone buildings and artisan workshops create an authentic Caucasian atmosphere.

At the end of the trip - Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude freshwater bodies of water in the world and a true gem of Armenia. Climb up to Sevanavank Monastery on the peninsula for a spectacular panorama of the lake's blue-green waters and the surrounding mountains.

Day 5

Today, you'll journey through ancient Armenia - places where history, nature and spirituality merge into one story.

First stop - Long Temple, the only surviving pagan temple in Armenia, built in the Hellenistic style in the 1st century. It impresses with the elegance of its columns and the harmony of its proportions, recalling the times when the sun god was worshipped here. The terrace of the temple offers a spectacular view of the Azat River Gorge.

Next, you'll visit a natural wonder - “Stone Symphonies”, where the steep cliffs are made of perfectly symmetrical basalt columns, resembling the pipes of a huge organ. Descend into the gorge to see this spectacular geological formation up close and experience the grandeur of nature.

The tour will continue Gegard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Some of its churches are carved directly into the rock, creating a special atmosphere and excellent acoustics. Geghard is one of Armenia's most important holy sites, where the majesty of stone combines with a deep spiritual tradition.

City sightseeing tour of Yerevan (entrance to attractions at extra cost).

During the tour you will get to know the capital of Armenia - sunny Yerevan, where ancient history intertwines with modern life. It is one of the world's oldest cities, and its character is revealed gradually: in the pink tufa of its buildings, its bustling squares, wide boulevards and quiet churches.

Day 6

“The spirit of faith and the land of wine: Hor Virap and Areni” (entrance tickets at extra cost)

Today, you'll immerse yourself in the atmosphere of ancient Armenia, where every stone holds history and every landscape reminds you of eternity.

First stop - Hor Virap Monastery at the foot of Mount Ararat. According to legend, it was here that Saint Gregory the Illuminator, who brought Christianity to Armenia, was imprisoned. The walls of the monastery offer one of the most spectacular and up-close views of the legendary Ararat.

Next, you will go to Putnu alu (Areni-1) - one of the most important archaeological discoveries in recent decades. The world's oldest known wine factory and a leather shoe dating back more than 6 000 years were unearthed here.

Next stop - Noravank Monastery, which stands majestically in a gorge surrounded by red rocks. The two-storey church impresses with its sophisticated architecture and bold engineering solutions.

Day 7

Today you'll travel to southern Armenia - a region with majestic mountains, ancient monasteries and breathtaking scenery.

Start of the route - ropeway the “Wings of Tatev” path”, which is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's longest reverse funicular (5.7 km). The flight over the Vorotana River and the gorge will offer spectacular panoramas and a special feeling of freedom.

On arrival you will visit Monasteries in Tatev - an outstanding monument of medieval architecture, located on the edge of a cliff. In the 9th-13th centuries it was one of the most important spiritual and educational centres in the country.

Next, go to Shaki Waterfall - one of the most picturesque natural sites in Armenia. Cascades of water cascade between rocks and greenery, creating a spectacular and peaceful landscape.

At the end of the trip - wine tasting in the Areni region, the heart of Armenian viticulture. Taste local grape varieties and fruit wines made according to traditional recipes (tasting included in the tasting package price).
